Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between the user ("Member") and ubos88, an online gambling platform operating under a valid international licence. This Agreement governs access to and use of all services, games, promotions and content available on the ubos88 website.

By clicking the registration button, making your first deposit or simply browsing the ubos88 website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and ubos88's privacy policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

ubos88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is the Member's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use after an amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open an account and use ubos88's services, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• Be an individual (not a company, corporate body or other entity) acting on your own behalf.

Account Registration and Verification

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number and an active email address. ubos88 uses this information to verify your identity and process financial transactions securely.

Each Member is only allowed to register one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using different names, mobile phone numbers, email addresses or banking information is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts.

During the identity verification process or when requested by the security team, a Member may be required to submit copies of identification documents such as an identity card (MyKad), passport or other supporting documents. This process is part of the standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure to ensure the security of the platform.

The account password is the Member's sole responsibility. Please use a strong and unique password and do not share your login details with anyone. ubos88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ubos88 supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All these payment methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit requirements: The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM50. There is no set maximum limit, however ubos88 reserves the right to set limits for specific cases based on internal assessment.

Withdrawal requirements: The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours, subject to successful account verification and no issues requiring investigation.

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• ubos88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be blocked immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Deposits that have not yet met the bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fulfilled.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

ubos88 offers various promotions to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Failure to meet those requirements before making a withdrawal will result in the bonus and any related winnings being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus: New Members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount received (not the deposit) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation example for the welcome bonus:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM4,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500

VIP Programme: Active Members are eligible to join the ubos88 VIP programme, which consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides progressively higher weekly cashback, with Bronze offering up to 0.5% cashback, Silver up to 1.0% and Gold up to 1.5%. Advancement to a higher tier is based on the ubos88 team's assessment of a Member's activity.

ubos88 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. Attempts to abuse bonuses through hedge betting, multiple accounts or other prohibited methods will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account termination.

Game and Betting Rules

All games and betting at ubos88 must be conducted in accordance with the respective rules set for each game type — whether online slots, live casino, sports betting, tennis betting or horse racing. Specific rules for each game can be found on the relevant game page.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using bot software, automation or any tool that provides an unfair advantage to a Member.
• Colluding or cooperating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the system for personal gain.
• Placing bets with the intent of meeting bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk (hedge betting).
• Any form of fraud, falsification or illegal activity.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game session, ubos88 will make a decision deemed reasonable in accordance with internal policy. Winnings resulting from an unintentional technical failure may be voided.

Account Security and Protection

Account security is a shared responsibility between ubos88 and its Members. ubos88 uses data encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect Member information from unauthorised access.

As a Member, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your account password is strong, unique and not shared with anyone.
• Reporting immediately to the ubos88 support team if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Ensuring the device you use to access ubos88 is secure and has up-to-date antivirus software.
• Not accessing your account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network without VPN protection.

ubos88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a Member's negligence in safeguarding their own account details.

Responsible Gambling

Account Suspension and Termination

ubos88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Registration of multiple accounts or abuse of promotions.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The Member no longer meets the eligibility requirements.

Members may also close their own account by contacting the ubos88 support team via live chat or email. Any legitimate balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ubos88 services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or fitness for a particular purpose. ubos88 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times.

ubos88 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of betting activity, including losses caused by game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond ubos88's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, power outages or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login details.
• Third-party content or services that may be accessible through the ubos88 platform.

ubos88's total liability to any Member for any claim will not exceed the net deposit amount made by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to that claim.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

ubos88 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately once the updated terms are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

ubos88 will endeavour to notify Members of material amendments via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address. However, it remains the Member's responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions page regularly to ensure they are always up to date.

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of ubos88's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing body.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
